Ingredients:
1 PC or Mac
1 Internet-connection
some cardboard
1 can of spray-on glue
1 cutter
2 screws and dowels
1 old record player

1.
Print out the colour disk (download here), glue onto the cardboard and cut out

2.
Drill holes into the wall.

3.
Hang up a record player and put on the HypnoDisc.
